Grüner’s new indulgence board

The spring of 2020 has of course not passed by without leaving its mark. We have used the “StayAtHome” time productively and reflected on us and the Alpengasthof Grüner. Our hotel has been in existence for 60 years now and during this time it has already survived some challenges. Mostly, however, new opportunities and ideas have emerged.

This time, the following points have become very clear – worldwide:

  • The decelerated everyday life allows us to focus more on what is really important: Our health and our social environment.
  • This deceleration also means that we are redefining the term TIME. How wonderful it is to be able to take time for certain things again and experience them consciously.
  • Lived solidarity: Both through helping each other and through supporting local companies (“buy locally”).

  • Finally sleep late during your vacation, without fixed breakfast times
  • Early birds can explore the beautiful Tyrolean nature, for example at sunrise or on the slope, and feast afterwards
  • In the afternoon or eventing you can stay longer in the spa, without the hustle to be in time for dinner
  • Children and parents often have different meal times, now everyone can enjoy “at their time”
  • The vacation day can be organized depending on weather and mood and offers more flexibility
  • Due to the flexible breakfast and lunch times there are less people in the room and so keeping distance is easier
  • Higher hygiene standard due to service at the brunch buffet
  • More variety in your holiday and get to know the culinary side of Sölden during evening restaurant visits
  • Or enjoy delicious regional delicacies in our à la carte restaurant without having to leave the house again
